We will discuss appropriate vaccinations based on your pet's lifestyle and risk factors. We will perform a physical examination to be certain your pet is healthy prior to administering vaccines. Rabies is always considered a "core" vaccine since indoor pets can be exposed to Rabies from rodents or through exposure to other household pets who do go outside.

Microchips are a safe, permanent way of identifying your pet and protect them for a lifetime.  A small rice sized computer chip is placed under the skin in the shoulder area of your pet, much like a vaccination injection. Should your pet go missing and be taken to a veterinary clinic or shelter, your pet can be scanned and identified.

We offer a wide range of surgical procedures, ranging from routine spays and neuters to lumpectomy and exploratory surgeries. We perform a full physical examination and preanesthetic blood work before all of our surgical procedures in order to ensure your pet is healthy enough to undergo anesthesia. We always have a veterinarian and veterinary technician monitoring your pet closely throughout the anesthetic procedure and use IV fluids in order to help your pet stay hydrated and recover faster.

We have a full service radiology lab on premises enabling us to speed diagnosis. X-rays are used to create images of your pet's soft tissue, organs and bones. This procedure allows us to detect, diagnose and treat various diseases and injuries such as arthritis, pneumonia, bone tumors and broken bones. We also perform dental x-rays during our dental procedures in order to see what is happening beneath the gum line as most dental diseases occur in the tooth roots.

Ultrasound technology is used to create images of your pet's organs such as their liver, kidneys, bladder and pancreas in order to detect any growths, gallstones or blockages.

The loss of a beloved pet is often an overwhelming and emotional time. We will support you in making memorial arrangements that best suit your wishes.

We work with Gateway Pet Memorial Services to accommodate your aftercare requests. Private or communal cremation is available, as well as unique memorial products for you to remember your pet for years to come.
